This is why i threw my powders in the trash
My stomach hates protein powders and i see why, fucking unatural
Protein is a old fitness tale used to extract cash with expensive snakeoils
Raises cortisol and bloats you. I really feel like shit everytime I eat a shitload of protein tbh
And ”experts” say you need like 150 grams a day.. ridiculous.. just stupid
I tried eating 150 g one time, it’s horrible
