Ive made more progress 1 week on high protein than 12 weeks on low protein

I’m gonna go carnivore now fs

Yeah sleep and diet are literally 80% of it I can’t believe how I used to torture myself just to be malnourished and not get any stronger, if you can’t get giga giga high protein better off not even gymcelling tbh

dont go carnivore but yeah literally just spam eat protein, avoid fat, sugars like the bubonic plauge, and u will become jacked.

I probably won’t have the willpower to eat only meat but I’m gonna make it like 80% of my diet from now on just spam chicken fish and beef

Cope I’m just telling you what worked for me Im in a deficit and putting on muscle finally, if you’re not eating all the meat in your house wtf are you even doing

Yes, if you eat to little protein you wont grow, no shit. But 250g is overkill for 90% of the population

Yeah it might be a little much I think I would only need 150g to be optimal but it keeps you full as shit even in a deficit and it cant hurt even if it’s diminishing returns might as well

It wont "hurt you" but no point in eatjbg that much, just eat more carbs as they give your body its preferred source of energy. Fiber also keeps you full btw
