Fat for health and weight gain
Sugar for energy and weight gain

Protein for regeneration, same functions as fat just much weaker. Only matters if ur a gymcel with an ED

Protein is obviously important it's just that if you aren't a pro bodybuilder you don't need as much as the Instagram grifters tell you need.
