TLDR eat more eggs instead,
they're cheap as fuck and more cost effective. Where i live they're like 13 cents each, 15 x 3 = 45 cents a day, 45 x 31 = 1395 cents = 14$ a month. Considering theres like 13g of protein per egg. Way cheaper than anything fr.
If you get tired of cooking or boiling them, just make a protein shake with them or get creative.
Also if you don't intake at least 150g of protein a day, you are missing out and I am really sorry you are on such a low point in your life. Tbqh 150g is bare minimum, especially if you're <18 and are in puberty
