2 scoops of any whey protein doesn't matter (vanilla may be best)
150g of ice Blackberries
Some milk

Put this magical trio into blender and blend that shit and here you go

If you manage to have smoothie from it it's ok put it into freezer for some time or just drink it both ways are good

It will have around 220kcal 50g protein depends on protein and milk usage

You can make it more creamy if u add banana

I have a vanilla cone after a big mac
