Just wondering if the source you get your protein from matters?

Supposedly if you eat salmon it’s better than getting the same protein from a supermarket protein drink.

Will this affect gymcels like me?

What are the best sources and how should I cook them to retain as much value as possible
 
ofcourse it matters,
all proteins have different bioavailabilty.
some dont have all amino acids.
and some even when they do have low bioavailability

if you want the best gains. priortize whole foods.use shakes only when necessary
