whens the best time to take in your protein? post/pre workout?
eaely/late into the day?
 
there is no 'best time' man timing meals (from a total utility perspective) has been debunked 15 years ago. there should be a good amount of protein in every meal tbf

the only proper guidance is don't eat less than 1 hour before your workout or that acid reflux might collect, and dont eat less than 90 minutes after waking up or you might fuck with your insulin levels
