Protruding chin

So, I think that I have a Protruding chin but at the same time I don’t because there’s a lot of skin/fat (i don’t even know). Is there any way I can get rid of it except surgery? I don’t think that I have an under/ overbite so that makes finding an solution even harder.

Yes maybe, I’ve seen some changes in my ramus too so I hope that it will change
