Protruding nose fix

What can change your nose from looking like something in the first pic to something like the second? I've looked into radix reduction along with the rest of the changes I'm looking for in my rhino, but is there anyway I can make the whole area better by getting bimax or something first if I have a sort of hooked nose?

i got the same one but my nose is small & got a very good shape just that nose bridge ruins it, not a big problem but fixing it would be a good halo tbh

Most of the time the nose downturns from downward growth and recession. Bimax is a good fix for that. If there's already decent forward growth, then it's just a genetically protruding nose in which Rhino would be needed.

It's mostly forward grown upper maxilla + brow ridge that gives his look
