Any way does bonesmashing work on your mandible/chin/browridge/orbitals?

techincally can work if u apply high pressure on your bone for a verly long time. but hitting your face with a hammer for 10 minutes doesnr change anything. + bones in the face are different than bones in the rest of your body

I need to get more symmetrical lower third so I will hit one side on the lower third .
And on my orbital I will bonesmash to get a lil more mass there

bonesmashing works but hitting too hard causes nerve damage and resorption. resorption in turn makes the bone smaller than before.

your best bet is to use red light therapy to tighten your skin and make your bones pop, while using lipus to make your bones grow at the same time

working on a thread for the things mentioned above as well

facial bones are actually really thin and delicate, and you need cyclic low level strain to grow it in the first place

that doesnt mean once per hour, that means multiple times per hour (low intensity-high frequency)
