I’ve been on 240mg of test e per week for the past few weeks, estrogen related water retention is very annoying so I hopped on Proviron.
Proviron has been shown to basically inhibit RNA transcription at the estrogen receptor without preventing aromatization or estrogen binding, making it a great alternative to an AI.
Some might ask why not just take an AI ? And it’s because they’re retarded and unpredictable, it’s impossible for me to take even 0.25mg of Arimidex without crashing my estrogen into the ground and feeling like shit, not only will it drop your IQ by 20 points but it’s also bad for gains and bad for your liver.
If hair is a concern then Proviron isn’t gonna make much difference besides lowering your SHBG, it’s not very androgenic by itself but the higher amount of free testosterone and therefore DHT could cause more hair loss. However, any amount of DHT from superphysiological levels of androgens will cause hair loss so take finasteride regardless.
As far as the water retention problem, it’s almost instantly fixed, attached is a picture of my weightloss after a few days of 25mg proviron per day.
