Yes i assume so, proviron isnt even that androgenic but just selective for hair and skin tissue so microdosed tren mogs it to death

And DHT stops effecting dick growth after 16, any growth from there is just general soft tissue growth that your body will have as your growing. HGH would have better effects at growing his dick. The only other thing i could think of is a deeper voice, but even then he would need some type of test base to pair with prov, and even then the test is gonna be the driving factor for voice deepening, and if he's taking like some 2mg enclo like i imagine this guy would, its not gonna do much if anything.
