Proviron Hair Loss Prevention

If you were to take something which increases dht (proviron) whilst using minox and fin (topical), once you stop taking the proviron, and your dht returns to a more normal level, would discontinuing the fin and minox topical cause hair loss?

1 inhibiting 5ar will do nothing because its already dht and not t that needs to be converted
2 minox on scalp needs to be used indefinitely or you will lose all your gains
3 no discontinuing fin will not cause hair loss it will just stop preventing hair loss
