If we are talking about dosage, I personally would go for the Thorne brand, as I think if we supplement 4,000 IU in a single drop, but we are not getting this dosage from food/sun (also speaking of bio-availability) I think we could overdose this Vitamin.

I mean, I'd probably also get a thyroid support/health/function supplement that contains potassium and iodine along with a good ratio of both nutrients.
