PRP and Subcisions while on Accutane?

I’m going to be on 40mg of accutane and was thinking about doing PRP microneedling and subcisions while I’m on it. Is this retarded or is it fine even if I’m not on a low accutane dose? I’m seeing mixed responses online and was wondering if anyone has done something like this while on accutane and whether or not I should do it.
