Prp therapy for undereye better than filler

Anyone already got prp for the undereye region? This doctor said its better than filler, because very often filler will create lumps or irregularities. There is also zero risk of injecting into a blood vessel or artery since its your own blood and cant make any harm.

It's better than filler at doing what? There's no way this can replicate the same volume fillers do. If it's referring to skin texture or smtg the maybe he might get some point.
