the traditional approach would be calculating the most common and impactful ratios (fwhr, phil/chin, mfr, esr, etc), and then doing qualitative analysis on how features balance each other with respect to certain areas (like how your mouth/jaw or eyes/midface complement one another).

Chico lachowski has a lot of feminine traits like his nose, jaw, aegyo sal, eyebrows, skin, eyelashes, etc. all whilst still looking male, hence he's harmonious. Jorge del Rio has a lot of male dimorphism with barely any feminine traits, e.g. jaw, nose, eyebrows, eyes, cheekbones, etc. So he's harmonious.
