i see this quite frequently however it is really important to brush ur teeth cuz once ur an adult cavities cost hella to remove and can financially fuck you plus u can get cluster headaches from dental problems which is genuinely painful

plus its generally a failo to be walking in the room like this

if u eat primal diet its literally impossible to get dental decay especially if ur teeth are properly aligned they will be naturally cleaned by the tongue dental decay is not caused by bacteria but nutrient deficiencies that lead to the body not being able to do proper upkeep if you eat correctly brushing is completely unneccessary

I still brush my teeth using only water and a bamboo toothbrush though once a day

I use fluoride in the morning nanohydroxiapitite and water flosser at night for actual studied teeth protection not muh bamboo sticks, tooth decay is not a fcking joke for you to be using some bullshit psuedoscience primal protocol buy some toothpaste nigga
