I want to share a sincere warning about my recent experience with MK-677. I've been using for two cycles prior, and after two years of not taking it, I decided to start my third cycle, this time at a daily dose of 25mg. However, I completely forgot that my earlier cycles, when I was younger, were at a lower dose of 12.5mg, and they already made me prediabetic with blood tests showing around 6.35%.

Now, on this 25mg dose, I haven't had my blood glucose levels tested yet, but I'm going through a tough time. My nerves are damaged (Peripheral neuropathy), and I constantly feel tingling sensations all over my body.
I will stop taking MK-677 for a couple of weeks and reduce my dose when I am back...

Atleast I know now this new vendor gives me the real thing

You should be good if you take it before sleep and dont digest sugars and food in general for a 2+ hours before sleep (intermittent fasting)
