PSL is an objective ranking of your face. a higher PSL always equals higher attractiveness. appeal is just a concept of being appealing either through fashion, your personality, having good expressions, good voice, a unique look, etc.

Appeal is subjective per person as someone might find a goth guy appealing and another person find it extremely repulsive. But a high PSL basically just means youre hot and mog normally without any extra factors
