What about a Looksmaxxing plateformer game? Maybe with some rpg elements thrown in there.

The player will be assigned with a random character with a random race, psl, height, mental health, failos/halos.

You'll have to overcome all the hardships and become the Chad slayer of your dreams. But of course, those challenges will vary depending on what you get at the start of the game. Just like in real life, really.
