Same. I think it might be because as people have more security there is less need for masculinity and masculine features, so there is push towards femininity and soft features. For example, in even 1st world nations, people from lower income areas like blacks have an attraction to masculine features while people from higher income areas, like whites, have an attraction towards feminine features.
