Anyways. let me do a quick test
Does it add up, mathematically speaking??

Lets assuming 500.000 inhabitants people location.
250.000 females, and 250.000 men.
Lets assume 20% of population is ages 18-35. Thus 50.000 men and 50.000 women.

So. 50.000 x 3% = 1500 Chads in town.
Lets say, Chad will only consider the top 50% of women. So 25.000 women.
Than. 25.000 women, to be passed around by 1500 Chads.
If each 1 Chad is "player" maxxing and screws 17 NEW women per year. Than all these 25.000 women, get 1 Chad experience per year.
If there are loyal LTR maxxed Chads, than the odds quickly become much worse for these women to get an experience with Chad.
