high spf sunscreen and avoiding the sun. I didn’t realize I started using moisturizer and sunscreen since like age 12. I just put on this lotion I had cus my skin was ashy ash. Guess it helped. Now I have like a whole hour of routines everyday though cus I started noticing wrinkles. Cleanse, exfoliate, serums and oils, moisturize, and sunscreen for face and neck, once in the morning, once at night, and replenish moisturizer and sunscreen midday. Weekly routines include some masks or light acid peels. Same for body when going outside. Indoors, I just put on lotion on my body, but exfoliate once in a while too. Drink water, sleep, workout, and stay positive and happy.
