Have you actually tried bonesmashing for yourself and saw what results have came whilst on a test cycle, or are you listening to what kshami tells you to do?

There are many people who have seen success with bonesmashing + anabolics (not endorsing anabolics btw) so you can't just call it cope without having done your own research first
