Bro i'm 14, turning 15 in november so i'm definitely the best possible advise giver outta here.
Max out your puberty with: gym, martial arts like wrestling + running few times per week. Idk you might hit HTN/high tier normie tier that way. I'm also maxing my puberty rn.

I started going to the gym, I have really bad gym anxiety though, My dad is a bodybuilder, and I used to do judo, Karate, Boxing, and I play football, basketball.
