The reason is that the same features that make a chad attractive don't make a female attractive. The same features that make a chad look good could make a female ugly and masculine. Likewise the features that make a guy incel could make a girl look more cute. Another reason is that body for females is even more important than their face. The only rating that works for females is how easily she makes you hard.

That's true, and for most women they don't even have to worry about their face since they can cover it with make up or just rely on their body

Face is important too but except for a non recessed jaw the same things that make a man's face attractive aren't transferable.
