OCD is a disgust sensitivity which can manifest itself with aesthetics (BDD) since we're all ingrained with knowledge on what divine humans are supposed to look like

that and the fact that some people can have ugly phases in life where their self esteem drops, they find the site, lose the fat or whatever and they're still stuck with condensed black pill on a daily basis thus lowering their quality of life. It even triggers some ex PSL people I know that get laid and are objectively top 10-15% range. It's the classic social media/internet hedonic treadmill fuckery.
