Who came up with this scale and why?
Also could someone explain what's the reason behind a scale that goes from 1 to 8 instead of the normal 1 to 10?
I've also seen a very wide variety of votes and it seems like that each user has his own scale.
Could some high iq user post a definitive scale with several real life examples (without flattering angles or perfect lightning)?
