What the fuck is actually the difference and how do they work?
Why do thugmaxxed black guys, twink BTS singers and random social media icons get so much fucking attention if they max out their PSL rating at 7?

it is literally in the name appeal as in sexual appeal while PSL is a mathematical formula for how attractive you are based on things like symmetry (which bitches dgaf about)
