PSMF Diet

Apart from the obvious 500 cal defecit is PSMF the best alternative,reading forums it says it’s about roughly 1000-1200 cals for about 150g of protein

Surely this is too little or am I not determined enough,even if you eat enough protein you can surely not retain ur muscle mass unless u train hard aswell

If PSMF is the way to go can someone recommend or forward me a daily mela plan/scheduler to focus on ? 😊
 
150g protein with 1200 calories is not a PSMF.

Trace amounts of fats and carbs should be eaten. Definitely not 600 calories worth of fats and carb.

When I do PSMF I get 250g protein within 1100 cals.

The meal plan is eat chicken breast only pretty much. Ideally supplement fish oils also.

OK thank you for this,i am 5’10 65kg so what cals + protein am i on for this
