Apart from the obvious 500 cal defecit is PSMF the best alternative,reading forums it says it’s about roughly 1000-1200 cals for about 150g of protein
Surely this is too little or am I not determined enough,even if you eat enough protein you can surely not retain ur muscle mass unless u train hard aswell
If PSMF is the way to go can someone recommend or forward me a daily mela plan/scheduler to focus on ?
