PSMF diet

its shit if your a jacked kent as I hate looking flat and need carbs for energy but I heard apart from DNP its the only other thing that actual will burn fat quickly, again its a lot of protein that needs to be consumed as that will maintain your muscle as best as it possibly can but again its hard to tell unless you stick with any diet for 3-4 weeks because you could be tricking your self into fat loss when its just water and muscle glycogen

800 calories is a bit too low, but maybe PSMF but instead 1000-1200 calories?

yeah 800 is low, 1200 is good but remember to gauge your current bf levels, if your sub 15% and around low 14-high 13 the diet is useless and you will most likely end up risking more muscle than you would like, when you go sub 15 it takes longer to get to 10% as your body fights back more and becomes more stubborn with burning of the remainder of the fat you want gone

I'm about 20%. The goal is something around 12%.

12% is leaner than most think and usually mistake it for 10%, 12 is full six, but 20 to 15% it will defo help imo, should be fine at 1200 as long as you dont have a high paced job that requires a lot of energy etc

I was about 13-14% last year, but I binged hard in winter.

@chasingaesthetics I think high protein intake (like 2.4 grams per kilogram of body weight) helps not only to preserve muscle (when combined with lifting during the diet) but also makes a low-calorie diet easier because protein is very satiating.
