have someone there who's sober is the best advice i can give you. people can react unpredictably to them and bad shit can happen if someone isn't there to make sure everything is fine

Make sure you’re not feeling like depressed before taking them. I also wouldn’t recommend taking it with your friend if it’s his first time too, if he starts tripping it might fuck up your high.

It doesn't really benefit you in any way. I wouldn't think its worth it, but you only live once. If you are going to do it, you shouldn't do it at a rave or festival until you are a bit used to it, and don't do it in your house but rather have a designated place so its easier to quit if you become an addict or at least sleep. Don't do it though really, if you must do something stick to the alcohol but you will do better for yourself eating well sleeping well and being productive, will help you feel good
