As far as I remember I was always against psychiatrists and psychologists.
The last time I saw one before this was in like 2023 or 2024.
I was almost 18 at that time and my parents were there with me.

I definitely know that I’m not “normal.” Recently out of boredom I decided to go to a psychiatrist on my own without involving any family members just to talk about my life. I wasn’t fully serious about it at first. I even brought a sheet of paper where I had written down all my struggles and thoughts the day before.

We talked for a long time. I mentioned that I have intense mood swings that I sometimes think about unethical things, and that I often question my sexuality etc.

The next day he asked to meet again.
During the second appointment we talked a bit more and he also gave me a small test. After these two appointments nigga diagnosed me with bipolar disorder, depressive disorder, borderline personality disorder (BPD), ADHD, and OCD.

I’m not sure I even believe in all of these diagnoses. I can relate to some of them but not all. Still, now i at least have the official papers and because of that I’m excused from many things such military
