mentally i am assosiateing anything female to disgust so i feel repulsive towards women i am doing this experiment till my dick stop getting up when i see a random female.
if i control my mind long enough i will no longer desire to be with female and live like a monk peacefully.

so, it is better to be in different emotions towards them.
