"Natural" is a loaded term. Anything that exists in nature, is natural. So being the exact opposite of what you described or being schizophrenic or being a homosexual is equally "natural." The last one seems to be more "natural" as it occurs more in nature than psychopathy. So really them being natural means nothing, any psychological profile of humans is "natural" to us.

The traits you mentioned are potentially very negative, which is why psychopathy as an adaptation is only beneficial in specific environments. In general, being low-inhib without strong self control pathways means a higher rate of addiction to substances, pornography, novel criminal behavior, all which are selected against. These traits are only beneficial in very high-stress early life environments where you could die young. So you therefore should maximize your reproductive chances early by being more risky, low inhib, whatever.

The last thing is that you slipped in assumptions about competency which most psychopaths don't have. A minority of high functioning psychopaths might be greater leaders or "know how to kill well." Most psychopaths would be shit leaders lmao
