Well personally I have a harder time paying attention than most people and am easily distracted by any type of stimuli. Caffeine easily counteracts it, I don’t take any meds for it.

No mfn cap, when ever Im about to do some shit like school work, I pull it up then go walk around the house then come back maybe do 1 or 2 questions and go back to walking around
