what surgery should i get? im genuinely confused, because isnt a cantho a little too much? id say this picture exaggerates it a little tho

None. And you don't have ptosis.
Based on this picture, your eyes look good, with ideal supraorbital fat pads.
If you have dark circles, a tear through, or any type of hollowness in the undereyes, then the only procedure you could consider is fat grafting ; keeping in mind that fat resorption tends to be high in this area, and one or several touch ups might be necessary to achieve the desired result.

i keep missing it up because i grow hair between them and keep shaving, id say my eyes are my strong point but other than that its just acne i have to deal with, my face is okay
