DISCLAIMER:
I know that taking this sort of stuff isn't guaranteed to randomly make my bones start growing, but I am trying my best to optimize puberty while I can.

I'm 6 foot 183cm 15 yo male but the issue is that I could be a little bit taller but also my facial bones, while I only have slight recession of my mandible, I don't have like amazing facial bone mass so how could I grow my bones? I'm 83kg if that helps but currently doing 2000kcal (approximately) daily is my goal to get to 76 or 77kg and gym 4x a week.

I'm currently consuming daily:

-500mg Magnesium glycinate
-2000 IU of Vitamin D3 (1000 IU from a supplement and then also another 1000IU from 2 gummies each containing 500 IU)
-150mcg of K7 (These are from the same gummies that I get half of my daily D3 intake from, 2x gummies each containing 75mcg of K7)
-500mg of Vitamin C (tablet)
-2mg Melatonin (prescription)

The D3 and the K7 are for bone growth and making sure my calcium can be absorbed properly.
The Magnesium and the Melatonin are for my sleep. This is because I have trouble falling asleep without it due to ADHD.
And finally, the Vitamin C is just for my immune system and to aid with my skin.

I also aim for 100+ grams of protein daily, but ANY advice will be very much appreciated! Thanks.
