im 14 and im getting bloodwork done in like 1 month

if im gonna ask for my testosterone levels what should i expect if im around stage 2 of puberty

factors that might be important:
- i do rec drugs unfortunately but i try my best to keep it from disrupting a healthy sleep pattern, so i try my best to get 8 hours of sober sleep daily
- i workout consistently 5x a week one hour every session (its been around 4 months since i started)
- i supplement ashwagandha
- i dont bathe in parabens and none of my cologne contain parabens 😀
- i eat animal based and do a pretty good job at avoiding goyslop

Ur gonna get marginal gains from that 1 extra day and ur js stressing urself, and drop the sessions to half an hour you're probably frolicking around

yeah im trying to cut back on rec drug use

the main animal products i eat are eggs, pasteurized milk (currently trying to convince parents to get raw), chicken, salmon, and a lot of greek yogurt parfaits

and the way i workout is i do like 3/4 exercises in a set depending on what im working and then scroll on tiktok for 2-3 minutes in between sets and repeat until its been a hour since i started, so i'd estimate its like half frolicking half workout

I mean overall, you really just need to get off the recreational drugs any recreational drug during adolescence can really impact the pituitary gland as well if it’s gonna impact your hippocampus, your prefrontal cortex, amgdalya, it’s gonna impact the rest of your brain including those that help growth

It doesn’t work at one part at a time so you need to get sober

ppl is a good start or pp and nth else

3 days on 1 day off as a natural gives your tendons rest but id hop on and go 6 on 1 off

1. lock in on the drugs, a nuclear method i used is telling my parents i used them and they just got angry but then gave the help needed. It's definitely risky long term but it gets the job done very fast
2. raw milk shouldnt be hard to convince, most people drink raw milk anyway.
3. lock in on the workouts as well, focused on endurance or hypertrophy

but i dont understand how ppl can equal to 4 days a week is it like

push, pull, legs, rest, rest, rest, push or something?
google, im not exactly rehearsed in this section of gymmax
