Yoo whatsupp guys, im back, didnt post on forum past 2 years, I got diagnosed with severe depression and insomia and couldnt live at home anymore, but here I am, im back again, showing you guys how I acended the past 2 years, ( lost my old acc, just made new one)
Last time i posted i looked like this 13yo, 35kg ~140cm--->>>
This was just a few weeks before I got diagnosed
This is me now, ~70kg 178cm 15yo
In this period time between 13-15 I also got into a incident, got shot in my arm, from my elbow till my hand --->
All happend in the netherlands, for proof search on Google "Schietincident rijswijk bogaardplein 17 november" (its in dutch)
It happend 17nov, almost a year ago, It damaged all the blood vessels in my forearm, a piece of my bone shot off, and a nerve was damaged. But now its fully healed, my blood vessels, the damaged bone and the nerve that got damaged.
Ill be posting all things i did for my transformation, from height till bonemass and muscle gain.
The gear I used, suppluments and the experiments I did on my self.
