160g protein daily, gym 5x a week every muscle group hit 2x frequency
DIETARTY SUPPLEMENTS -
5000iu d3 + 125mcg k2
15mg zinc + 1 mg copper
1000 mg vitamin c
250mg magnessium glycinate
5g creatine
3mg melatonin
ive grown 4.5 inches in the past 8 months im trying to maximize this growth window to the best i can any tips or things i could change would be appreciated
