CURRENT PROTOCOL -
8-9 hours of sleep, 1 gallon of water, 10k steps, derma stamp 2 times weekly,
160g protein daily, gym 5x a week every muscle group hit 2x frequency
DIETARTY SUPPLEMENTS -
5000iu d3 + 125mcg k2
15mg zinc + 1 mg copper
1000 mg vitamin c
250mg magnessium glycinate
5g creatine
3mg melatonin

ive grown 4.5 inches in the past 8 months im trying to maximize this growth window to the best i can any tips or things i could change would be appreciated ;)

3mg of melatonin at 14 is not necessary, and especially not daily. I'd take about 1mg at ur age at most, maybe work it up to 2mg.

Increase the amount of sleep daily, 8 hours of sleep isn't enough, get minimum of 9 hours of sleep.

How many calories are you eating per day? What's ur bw, height, etc? You should definitely be in a caloric surplus during peak puberty. Also 160g of protein sounds too high for a 14 year old, once again, let me know ur bw.

As for gymmaxxing, what are you training for - hypertrophy, or strength training? How many sets, reps do you do?

Also start taking ashwagandha with ur melatonin, it helps with ur sleep, recovery, and stress levels.

i can easily fix the sleep ive just been lazy recently im kinda kust experimenting with the melatonin right now ill try lowering the dose ive recently stoped smoking weed so my sleep has been horrible but for the gym my current split is pplxul its programmed as strength training for most of my compound movements incline bench, shoulder press, squat ect and for my isolations its mostly just 2x failure in the 6-8 rep range i weigh 145 right now so 160 isnt crazy imo
 
Fix the sleep. Don't take weed, nic, etc. As for the gym, ur split seems fine, strength training is the right choice during puberty. You should drop ur protein intake daily, if you weigh 145lbs, you should be getting around 130g of protein, rather than 160g. Don't rely on protein supplements too much e.g. protein powder, bars, etc, try to get at least 70g of protein purely through proper food, and the other 60g can be supplements.

can i take 2 pills of calcium a day (1 pill has 400)
just drink milk and eat milk products because that’s better than pills

track your daily calcium intake by asking chat gpt how much calcium is in the things that you eat and by writing down how much you ate.

don’t go over 2000mg because that can be very dangerous
