Not cope but very low effort things. Very easy to do and they can give gains too but the hardmaxxing is missing.

Hgh.
Igf1 lr3/RIGF.
Berberine-1-2gram per day to cut down blood sugar.
Sprinting-120mx4 times a day.
Or 120x8 depending on ur endurance and stamina and energy.
Rest every 4 days to reset ur muscles and prevent muscle soreness from building up.

Aromasin 6.25 mg ed/EOD after u turn 16 to prevent growth plates from closing..,take it until u reach desired height with the help of igf1 and hgh.
Stretching (tadasna,wall touches, hanging)(pm me if u wanna know more,i grew with it).
Small amounts of DHT drops in minimal amounts for dickmaxxing.
Dont roid until u know everything about it,side effects and hei to counter itif u roid take an aromatase inhibtor like aromasin to prevent Estrogen from fusing ur plates.

cold showers werck your immune system (hence why you don't get sick it's because your body is immunosuppressed) and they cause nutritional deficiencies from the high stress state it puts you in

eat as much as you during puberty. your body needs nutrition to grow.
 
also have positive social interactions in your teen years. otherwise the rest of your life will suck.
