What should i do to maximise my puberty while taking gh? By maximising i mean diet and training and shi like that. I’m not gonna take any type of drugs or peptides cuz i don’t have money and don’t know how to get them. I just wanna know to don’t waste my puberty and regret it forever and stay a 5’0 ltn for the rest of my life. Ty

I’m 156 cm rn and i’m 13 (14 in a week) i still don’t have all of my teeths and some are still falling. How much calories should i eat daily in your opinion? I play basketball and go to the gym
yes u are a late bloomer, and I don’t know how to tell u this without cursing u out for being really stupid, but 156cm is not 5ft, it’s 5’2, it changes the situation a lot , the teeth alone shows that ur a late bloomer, had the same exact route/experience, PLEASE don’t stress it out bro, my parents are 5’10 dad and 5’6 mom, and around the 14 I hit a pre spurt which made me from 157-170cm, and that’s only a pre spurt, still growing hopefully 6ft, always will be happy about my height anyways, honestly there’s no need to go to the gym, keep...

Fuck GH get good nutrition and exercise, GH is not going to make you significantly taller than your genes allow it

You’re actually right, we produce the most anount of gh while sleeping (usually after two ours we fall asleep) sunlight is really useful ans healthy but i don’t think it will do shi for my height. It’s 90% about genetics

Dont take gh for height, literally will not do shit since you will already be tall if you parents are taller than you. nutrition is key, without that you will stay 5ft

And also fasting will increase the levels of gh and igf-1
 
Dont take gh for height, literally will not do shit since you will already be tall if you parents are taller than you. nutrition is key, without that you will stay 5ft
I starve a lot. I don’t really have a diet and i don’t track calories. I just try to eat healthy and i don’t eat much junk food

When u don’t have enough food ur body wont use it for growth, it’ll use it for survival, daily functions, go eat bro, also how old are u and get an xray/bone age scan, 5ft with 5’6 mom and 6ft dad is VERY unlikely, unless ur under 10 or shi

Do ur research, once u reach that certain point, u keep eating stable without losing ur current weight

Tysm bro so useful. Also mb for messing the number up but i’m from Europe and we use cm. Did u do something in particular to outgrow your predicted height or just pure luck? Also i just checked and my bmi is 17.2

10000% eat eat eat, I could’ve also gotten more height, prob a few cm, it’s that I was 17bmi before the spurt, there’s no predicted height, late growers as in the same, they don’t grow the same time as others, ur body, ur bones, everything is like, i can’t make a 100% correct guess, unless u go do a radio scan, but ur body and shi is like the age off 11, ur body has the mind off an 11 year old, so obviously ur growing, others no, their bones are off 14 year olds, most people are and match their age, so 14 year olds usually have a bone age of 14, ur case no, it’s probably along the lines off ur a 14 year old with an 11 year old body, which is always a good situation, while others grew without maximizing what they had, by eating good, sleep good, etc, u actually get the chance too, u also keep growing for longer obviously. That’s kinda brutal tho in Europe the average is much higher, just ignore the people who call u short. And don’t bother explaining to them what is a late bloomer, just stay silent and u slowly will grow

I guess i’ll just eat and train and hope for the best. So do u think that being a late bloomer is better than growing normally?

yes, everything in ur face is like an 11 year old, ur bones, they aren’t done growing, they weren’t ever done growing, I recommend taking supplements, I’m a natural so I don’t recommened anything dangerous or exogenous hormones, take these, I take them too
Zma, lactoferrin, copper, vitamin c, k2+d3, calcium pills if u aren’t getting the needed daily amount, foods and drinks are better, (1000-1300mg), and boron
All these help in growing
Boron should be used carefully atleast, it’s not dangerous, take it like this

Always keep a constant CONSTANT 2 days skip

Every pre-16 year old friend I had who went gym and trained (mainly athletics in general, like calisthenics, climbing, etc) during those early years are insanely strong, literal monsters.

Trust me, you would not want them to get a hold of you. They would physically crush you.

Gym at 14-15 is going to set you up to be in an amazing spot, ahead of the curve by the time you're 18. Mogging every skinny nigga to death.
