Meat products+weightlifting for testosterone, running for gh. Just check the botb threads tbh.
 
Aromatise Inhibitors and peptides, take test as well for bigger dick.

Pubertymaxxing is just Testosterone and Growth Hormone.
 
Eat 0.8-1 g/lb of protein, protein sources must be dairy, beef, pork, eggs;
5% calorie surplus but don't get to fat
Exercise a lot, Hiit, basketball, football, soccer, gym. High intensity sports everyday
Sleep like a baby, ideally +9 hours
Get enough sun exposure
Stay around 14% bodyfat
