do you HAVE to blast peptides and roids to ascend in puberty? and how does eating healthy, sleeping 9 hours and exercising ascend you? that alone cant fix your bones so how does that make sense? and any tips on how to pubertymax cuz im 15

😭😭 there isn’t any alcohol in my house but what I can do is sleep like 4-5 hours yeah, but I will tell her those tmrw cuz I’m going to the doctor maybe he will say go to an endocrinologist. Then ima be prescribed test I hope 🤞 thanjs

if your only goal is to improve your physique then your in the right track but if you want to change your bones then u need to blast
 
My dads 6’5 and my mums 5’6 but I’m only 5’i at 15, my brothers were all 6ft+ at my age and one of them was 6’6 at my age, they said that the whole family is early bloomers and I didn’t eat well or play sports up until the start of the year which could be why I’m not 6’0 yet. One of them said that I already stunted my growth by not playing sports or eating well already but he said I could hit 6’1 if I tried cuz I’m in my growth spurt, is it true?
if your only goal is to improve your physique then your in the right track but if you want to change your bones then u need to blast

Because it’s not. Just hop on without telling them it’s the only way to ascend by increasing bone mass is blasting I wouldn’t do it thoygh just keep the softer look and leanmaxx some girls prefer a softer look.
 
Yeah I’ve got a really baby face, no hair on my arms legs on armpit, basically look like a girl honestly. I’ve never got called handsome only pretty, but I can’t hop on cuz you gotta buy it and I don’t have a card

Well I got school, tutoring and religion lessons which take up half my day at most so hard to do actual stuff. I play basketball twice a week but idk how to play everyday cuz I got one training and one game, my voice is pretty deep and I’m 5’9 at 15 so idk. I’ve got a lil on my upper lip too but nothing for my beard, I eat whole foods only and sleep 8-9 hours

Yeah having a small stache dosent change much Whwn I was 15 I had proper side burns and it looked really bad you’d know if you had good facial hair for your age (considering I’m a late bloomer compared to my friends) you are very behind. I would suggest a visit to an endocrinologist ask your mum to make an appointment wirh one say your tired low energy and then obviously you can’t grow pit hair. A small stache dosent mean much and nor does a deep voice. This also means you can hop on test tjays prescribed.

What do you think is the best lie to get me to an endocrinologist cuz I said I have low energy and she took me to a doctor and he just said take iron which my iron levels are normal, then he said put a pinch of salt in your food. I genuinely look 10 years old I hate it

Well just tell them everythiny. Your 15 you have low mood motivation and energy, you struggle to build muscle you have no hair on your body and you would like a blood test to check your hormone levels. If you make it clear you’re worried about hormone levels they will check hormone levels. If I were you I’d lower testosterone temporarily before the test too for example deink alcohol might before and don’t sleep. JFL
