Hey guys. I am 16 years old and a late bloomer puberty-wise. I have a really good foundation being 6'2 (doctor says I'm going to end up around 6'3.5 or 6'4, too tall to MM ) and having good eye area, skull size, proportions, etc. so I'm going to looksmax and pubertymax to reach my full potential. My peers would agree that I'm good looking but I have a bit of a childlike quality due to hitting puberty late (my Chad dad had the same experience growing up). I think I could ascend and become 8+ when I reach adulthood srs. The purpose of this thread is to share what I'm doing to maximize my facial development and testosterone during puberty. Feel free to utilize the advice on here and add advice of your own. I have been working on this for a couple of years and it's the culmination of a lot of research
Face:
-Mewing (mouth closed, teeth together, tongue on roof of mouth, neck and head straight)
-Chewing of mastic gum, approx. 1 hour per day
-Proper swallowing (swallowing force comes from tongue rather than cheeks)
-Tape over mouth during sleep (optional)
-Proper posture throughout day (back straight, neck straight, head straight, etc.)
-Optimal facial development from proper nutrition (see supplement section)
-Skin: CeraVe Cleanser->Neutrogena Toner->CeraVe Moisturizer, Exfoliation 2X Per Week. Topical Vitamin A
-Optimize testosterone for facial dimorphism and trait development (zygos, orbitals, etc.) (see sleep and supplements section)
Also, I might get expanders from the orthodontist even though I don't need them. My facial width is already good but I can only benefit from improving it even more. Mew said they work well in one of his videos.
Hair:
-Get a haircut once every 4 weeks. Chico's hair is excellent. Look up his haircuts if you want a reference for your next barber visit.
-Products: American Crew Daily Shampoo and Daily Conditioner, American Crew Fiber, Comb, Blow Drier
-Oil Mixture for Optimal Hairline, Thickness, and Eyebrows: Almond Oil, Castor Oil, Coconut Oil, Vitamin E Oil. Apply mixture to hair (specifically hairline if you have a naturally high hairline) and eyebrows 3 times per week. It will make your hair and eyebrows thick and healthy.
-Apply Latisse to eyebrows.
-Make eyebrows thick, dark, and full.
-O'Pry's eyebrows are optimal. Get yours as close as possible to his.
Optimal Sleep Formula:
-Melatonin approx. 15 minutes before sleep
-No blue light 1 hour before sleep
-Eye mask during sleep
-Nopillow
-Sleep on back, neck straight
-Mewing during sleep, tape mouth if you need to
-At least 7 hours, preferrably 8 or 9
-Make room quiet and dark
Optimal sleep causes ideal development and hormonal profile.
Supplement Section:
-Vitamin A, for general health and development; Vitamin C, for general health and development; Vitamin D, for testosterone; Vitamin K, for bone development; Magnesium, for optimal development & testosterone; Zinc, for testosterone; Calcium, for optimal bone development; Beta-Carotene, for optimal complexion; Iron, for optimal development and testosterone; Onion and Garlic supplements, for testosterone; Fish Oil, for general health and gymcelling
Some things you can do to maximize testosterone:
-Lift heavy weights 3 times per week
-Diet and Supplements (see supplement section)
-HIIT
-Decrease stress by getting good sleep, meditation, reducing stress factors, etc.
-Cold showers
-Nofap (a lot easier when you start getting laid.)
Gymcelling:
Just find a good routine and lift heavy 3 times per week. Eat generally healthy stuff that will increase testosterone (meat, leafy greens, nuts & seeds, etc.) and eat a lot of protein. The ideal physique is lean but also signifies strength. Get strong and lean. Don't go autistic over this stuff.
Also, I have been looking into subliminals (for an example, look up "green eye subliminal" or "male model subliminal" on YouTube) but I suspect they are total bullshit
