I don't know if pubertymaxxing is worth it right now because I have the most insane bloat genetics and eating so much food is killing my self esteem. I just want to be lean dude but I've got years more of puberty. like sure I'm getting big and probably helping my facial structure in the future but my girlfriend doesnt look at me the same anymore . Is it gonna work ????????

someone PLZ preach to me the benefits of it or something so I'm not so depressed

Put your diet into this: https://tools.myfooddata.com/nutrition-facts and don't come back until you have bare minimum 100% of your daily intake of: Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and selenium. These are all antioxidants and will reduce swelling. Eating literally anything without sufficient intake of all of these will result in bloating 100% of the time. Please do the bare minimum

Also supplements won't be effective. They need to come from whole foods. Don't tell me you can't afford them. If you're old enough to be on here you're old enough for a job.

How do I get more Vitamin E??? I take a Vitamin C supplement 1000MG, no matter how absorbable it should atleast make up for the 49%. My diet is pretty good almost everyday, 6 eggs cooked in butter with cheese, raw milk probably about 350mls, fruits throughout the day like organic apples or dates or a banana/whey protein and then dinners always a lot of ground beef or a big steak with potatoes, cheese and sour cream. cooked in butter/olive oil/ghee. I just need recommendations on little things I can add in to help with nutrient deficiencies.

There's a function on the website that allows you to search for which foods have the highest concentration of a specific nutrient. Avoid enriched foods or anything added. they'll be at the top of the list and may not be absorbable. 100g of Sunflower seeds or almonds will give 100%. In your case 50g seems it would be sufficent. Avocado is another source of vitamin E and provides a lot of other nutrients.
