Those are things I can do for pubertymaxxing rn, what should I add? What seems like a cope?
-30mg of zinc.
-Lots of meat, eggs, chicken liver/hearts, nuts, olive oil...
-Consuming some eggshell powder for extra calcium.
-No sugar.
-Sunning my back,chest and genitals for some vitamin D.
-Sprinting/swimming.
-9/10 hours of sleep.
-Lift heavy weights.
-Stretching.
-I might also buy ashwagandha.
-Hitting my head against the wall for less brayne cells (lower iq= lower stress= higher T levels)
